In case you were wondering, Mary took and passed her National Counselor Exam yesterday. Yay! Which means the only hurdle left until she’s a fully licensed mental health counselor in the eyes of the state of WA is the completion of 100 hours of clinical supervision (which is a formality in comparison to studying for months for a test). So probably this fall sometime she’ll be fully licensed here, at which point other options, such as going into private practice, would be a possibility.
