Ugh.
Some surprises are just disheartening. Hope the damage isn’t too widespread. Good luck with that.
We’ll see. So far I’m just letting the subfloor air out (ignoring it) while I work on the other bathroom floor. At some point here I’ll have to scoot around in the crawl space under the house and take a look at the floor from the bottom. Hopefully worst case I’ll just have to replace a section of subfloor and do some drywalling.
